45K of Vitamin Water Stolen and Other Crimes from the 94th Precinct

Over $45,000 worth of Vitamin Water was stolen from a warehouse at Greenpoint Avenue and Newell Street on the night of September 9.

Video surveillance from the building showed two driving up a white U-Haul to the site just after 2 a.m. They are seen loading boxes onto the truck through the loading garage.

They made their way out of there in just after 8 a.m., but there are no leads yet on the suspects.

 Bolt Cutter

On September 8, a Williamsburg resident parked his bicycle and secured it to a pole with a lock at the intersection of Berry Street and North 10th Street.

Shortly after walking away he noticed an unknown man using a bolt cutter attempting to cut the lock of the bike.

The man then quickly approached the perp who then attempted to strike him with the bolt cutter.

He missed and then took off on foot.

ATM Grabbers

Three men robbed a store of an ATM Machine on the night of September 11.

The three men entered the business located at North 6th Street and Kent Avenue, and carried out the ATM Machine, which contained $4,380 in cash, in garbage bags.

The perps had brought in garbage bags with wheels, and they wheeled out the ATM to a nearby construction site once they had grabbed it.

The discarded ATM was found dumped at this site in the morning.

Cash Box

A Greenpoint couple returned home from a two-day vacation on September 11 only to find they had close to $5,000 missing from their apartment.

When they returned home they noticed the door wasn’t properly locked but didn’t take much notice of it until they went to place some cash in their cash box and noticed it was empty.

The perp(s) also made off with photographs, checks, and business cards.
